Chocolate Fondue with Fresh Fruit

INGREDIENTS
| 3 | tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder |
| 1 | cup heavy cream, divided |
| 4 | ounces (1/2 cup) cream cheese, cut in chunks |
| 3 | tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon sucralose-based sugar substitute |
| 1/2 | teaspoon vanilla |
| 24 | green or red seedless grapes |
| 12 | small to medium strawberries, halved, or 6 large strawberries, quartered |
PREPARATION:
- Combine cocoa and 1/2 cup cream in small saucepan or fondue pot over low heat; whisk to mix completely. When cocoa mixture is hot and thick, add remaining cream and cream cheese. Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture is smooth and thick. Add sucralose and vanilla; stir to mix.
- Keep fondue warm over very low heat. Arrange strawberries and grapes on a plate. Use wooden skewers or fondue forks for dipping.
Tip
Substitute fruit in season for the grapes and strawberries.
