Chocolate-Granola Bars
YIELD Makes 32 bars

INGREDIENTS
| 3 | cups raisin-and-nut granola |
| 1/2 | cup finely chopped dried apricots |
| 1/2 | cup finely chopped dates |
| 12 | ounces white chocolate, coarsely chopped |
| 1/4 | cup half-and-half or evaporated milk |
PREPARATION:
- Butter 8-inch square pan. Combine granola, apricots and dates in medium heat-proof bowl; set aside.
- Melt white chocolate with half-and-half in heavy, small pan over low heat, stirring constantly.
- Pour chocolate mixture over granola mixture and stir until coated. Press into prepared pan. Refrigerate until firm.
- Cut into 2X1-inch bars. Store in refrigerator.
