Makes 32 bars
|3||cups raisin-and-nut granola|
|1/2||cup finely chopped dried apricots|
|1/2||cup finely chopped dates|
|12||ounces white chocolate, coarsely chopped|
|1/4||cup half-and-half or evaporated milk|
- Butter 8-inch square pan. Combine granola, apricots and dates in medium heat-proof bowl; set aside.
- Melt white chocolate with half-and-half in heavy, small pan over low heat, stirring constantly.
- Pour chocolate mixture over granola mixture and stir until coated. Press into prepared pan. Refrigerate until firm.
- Cut into 2X1-inch bars. Store in refrigerator.
