Chocolate Peanut Butter Fondue
Yield: Makes 8 servings
A delightful mixture of cocoa, milk and peanut butter! Feel free to substitute any of your favorite fresh fruits for dipping.
Ingredients:
1/3
cup sugar
1/3
cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/3
cup low-fat (1%) milk
3
tablespoons light corn syrup
2
tablespoons reduced-fat peanut butter
1/2
teaspoon vanilla

medium apples, cored and sliced
2
medium bananas, cut into 1-inch pieces

large strawberries
Preparation:

Combine sugar, cocoa, milk, corn syrup and peanut butter in medium saucepan. Cook, stirring constantly, over medium heat until hot. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla.

Pour fondue into medium serving bowl; serve warm or at room temperature with fruit for dipping.
Tip:
Kids will enjoy eating fruit with this fondue! Mix and match various types. Orange sections, pear slices and fresh raspberries are just a few of the many other kids of fruit you can serve with this sweet chocolate treat.
