Chocolate Peanut Fudge Bars
YIELD Makes 2 dozen bars

INGREDIENTS
| 1 | package (18 ounces) refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough with peanut butter filling in squares or rounds (20 count) |
| 1 | package (12 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips |
| 1 | cup whipping cream |
| 3 | egg yolks, beaten |
| 1/2 | cup all-purpose flour |
| 1/4 | cup uncooked old-fashioned oats |
| 1/4 | cup packed brown sugar |
| 3 | tablespoons butter |
| 1/2 | cup coarsely chopped salted peanuts |
PREPARATION:
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease 13X9-inch baking pan. Let dough stand at room temperature about 15 minutes.
- Press dough evenly into pan. Bake 10 minutes. Remove from oven.
- Combine chocolate chips and cream in small saucepan over low heat. Cook and stir 3 to 4 minutes or until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth. Remove from heat; stir in egg yolks. Spread chocolate mixture over dough.
- Combine flour, oats and brown sugar in medium bowl. Cut in butter with pastry blender or two knives until mixture is crumbly. Stir in chopped peanuts. Sprinkle over chocolate layer. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until just firm. Cool completely in pan on wire rack. Cut into bars.
