Makes 2 cups
|1-1/4||pounds ripe pears, peeled and diced|
|8||dried orange essence plums, cut into quarters|
|1||tablespoon lemon juice|
- Combine all ingredients, except vanilla in 1-1/2-quart low cooker. Cover; cook 1 hour on HIGH.
- Stir in vanilla. Serve hot or at room temperature with roasted ham, pork or chicken. Or, serve as a dessert sauce over ice cream, angel food cake or pound cake.
