INGREDIENTS
| 1‑1/4 | pounds ripe pears, peeled and diced |
| 8 | dried orange essence plums, cut into quarters |
| 1/4 | cup sugar |
| 1 | tablespoon lemon juice |
| 1/2 | teaspoon vanilla |
PREPARATION:
Slow Cooker Directions
- Combine all ingredients, except vanilla in 1-1/2-quart low cooker. Cover; cook 1 hour on HIGH.
- Stir in vanilla. Serve hot or at room temperature with roasted ham, pork or chicken. Or, serve as a dessert sauce over ice cream, angel food cake or pound cake.
