Ingredients:
*Chili peppers can sting and irritate the skin, so wear rubber gloves when handling peppers and do not touch your eyes. 1/2
cup green onions, cut into 1/2-inch lengths

to 2 hot green chili peppers,* seeded and coarsely chopped

tablespoons chopped fresh ginger

cloves garlic, peeled

cup packed cilantro leaves

tablespoons vegetable oil

tablespoons lime juice

teaspoon salt

teaspoon sugar

teaspoon ground cumin
Preparation:

Drop green onions, chilies, ginger and garlic through feed tube of food processor with motor running. Stop machine and add cilantro, oil, lime juice, salt, sugar and cumin; process until cilantro is finely chopped.
