Ingredients:

cup loosely packed fresh cilantro leaves

clove garlic, minced

tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

tablespoon pine nuts or slivered almonds

tablespoon olive oil

tablespoon lemon juice

teaspoon fennel seeds



 
Preparation:

Combine all ingredients in food processor or blender; process until almost smooth, adding 1 teaspoon water at a time, if necessary, until mixture is medium to thick consistency.
