Cinnamon Cereal Crispies

INGREDIENTS
| 1/2 | cup granulated sugar |
| 2 | teaspoons ground cinnamon, divided |
| 1 | package (18-1/4 ounces) white or yellow cake mix with pudding in the mix |
| 1/2 | cup water |
| 1/3 | cup vegetable oil |
| 1 | egg |
| 2 | cups crisp rice cereal |
| 1 | cup cornflakes |
| 1 | cup raisins |
| 1 | cup chopped nuts (optional) |
PREPARATION:
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly spray cookie sheets with nonstick cooking spray. Combine sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon in small bowl.
- Beat cake mix, water, oil, egg and remaining 1 teaspoon cinnamon in large bowl with electric mixer at medium speed 1 minute. Gently stir in rice cereal, cornflakes, raisins and nuts, if desired until well blended.
- Drop batter by rounded tablespoonfuls 2 inches apart onto prepared cookie sheets. Sprinkle lightly with one half of cinnamon-sugar mixture.
- Bake about 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Sprinkle cookies with remaining cinnamon-sugar mixture after baking; transfer to wire racks to cool completely.
