Cinnamon Fruit Crunch
Yield: Makes 6 servings
Ingredients:
1
cup low-fat granola cereal
1/4
cup toasted sliced almonds
1
tablespoon margarine
2
tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon packed brown sugar, divided
2-1/4
teaspoons ground cinnamon, divided
1/2
cup vanilla low-fat yogurt
1/8
teaspoon ground nutmeg

cans (16 ounces each) mixed fruit chunks in juice, drained
Preparation:

Combine granola and almonds in small bowl. Melt margarine in small saucepan. Blend in 2 tablespoons brown sugar and 2 teaspoons cinnamon; simmer until sugar dissolves, about 2 minutes. Toss with granola and almonds; cool. Combine yogurt, 1 teaspoon brown sugar, 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon and nutmeg in small bowl.

To serve, spoon approximately 1/2 cup chunky mixed fruit onto each serving plate. Top with yogurt mixture and sprinkle with granola mixture.
