Cinnamon Fruit Crunch

INGREDIENTS
| 1 | cup low-fat granola cereal |
| 1/4 | cup toasted sliced almonds |
| 1 | tablespoon margarine |
| 2 | tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon packed brown sugar, divided |
| 2‑1/4 | teaspoons ground cinnamon, divided |
| 1/2 | cup vanilla low-fat yogurt |
| 1/8 | teaspoon ground nutmeg |
| 2 | cans (16 ounces each) mixed fruit chunks in juice, drained |
PREPARATION:
- Combine granola and almonds in small bowl. Melt margarine in small saucepan. Blend in 2 tablespoons brown sugar and 2 teaspoons cinnamon; simmer until sugar dissolves, about 2 minutes. Toss with granola and almonds; cool. Combine yogurt, 1 teaspoon brown sugar, 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon and nutmeg in small bowl.
- To serve, spoon approximately 1/2 cup chunky mixed fruit onto each serving plate. Top with yogurt mixture and sprinkle with granola mixture.
