Cinnamon Pear Crisp
Yield: Makes 12 (1/2-cup) servings
Hungry for something homey, warm and crunchy? Then this is the dessert for you. Pear Brown Betty features a spicy pear filling with a crunchy topping.
Ingredients:

medium pears, cored, peeled and sliced

3/4
cup frozen unsweetened apple juice concentrate, thawed

1/2
cup golden raisins

1/4
cup plus 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour, divided

1
teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/3
cup uncooked quick oats

tablespoons packed dark brown sugar

tablespoons margarine, melted



Preparation:
1.
Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray 11X7-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside.

Combine sliced pears, apple juice concentrate, raisins, 3 tablespoons flour and cinnamon in large bowl; mix well. Spoon mixture into prepared baking dish.

3.
Combine remaining 1/4 cup flour, oats, brown sugar and margarine in medium bowl; mix until coarse crumbs form. Sprinkle evenly over pear mixture. Bake 1 hour or until golden brown. Cool in pan on wire rack.
