Cinnamon-Pear Sauce
YIELD Makes 2 cups sauce

INGREDIENTS
| 2 | cans (16 ounces each) pear halves in syrup, undrained |
| 2 | tablespoons granulated sugar |
| 1 | teaspoon fresh lemon juice |
| 1/2 | teaspoon ground cinnamon |
PREPARATION:
- Drain pear halves, reserving 1/4 cup syrup. Place pears, reserved syrup, granulated sugar, lemon juice and cinnamon in bowl of food processor or blender; cover. Process until smooth. Just before serving, place pear sauce in medium saucepan; heat until warm.
