Cocoa-Hazelnut Cream with Berries

INGREDIENTS

1 cup heavy whipping cream
1‑1/2 tablespoons Dutch-cocoa
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
4 tablespoons Frangelico liqueur
2 cups mixed blackberries, raspberries, blueberries
Dark chocolate for shavings
Crisp cookies of choice

PREPARATION:

  1. In the bowl of a stand mixer, combine cream, cocoa, sugar, vanilla and Frangelico. Cover and refrigerate one hour.
  2. Whip cream to soft peaks. Distribute berries in dessert glasses. Top with cream and shave dark chocolate over. Serve with crispy cookies.
