Cocoa-Hazelnut Cream with Berries

INGREDIENTS
| 1 | cup heavy whipping cream |
| 1‑1/2 | tablespoons Dutch-cocoa |
| 2 | tablespoons sugar |
| 1/2 | teaspoon vanilla |
| 4 | tablespoons Frangelico liqueur |
| 2 | cups mixed blackberries, raspberries, blueberries |
| Dark chocolate for shavings | |
| Crisp cookies of choice | |
PREPARATION:
- In the bowl of a stand mixer, combine cream, cocoa, sugar, vanilla and Frangelico. Cover and refrigerate one hour.
- Whip cream to soft peaks. Distribute berries in dessert glasses. Top with cream and shave dark chocolate over. Serve with crispy cookies.
