Makes 30 candies
|1/2||cup golden raisins, chopped|
|1/2||cup pitted prunes or dates, chopped|
|1/2||cup graham cracker crumbs|
|1/2||cup powdered sugar|
|1||tablespoon grated orange peel|
|1/2||cup sweetened condensed milk|
|1||cup shredded coconut|
- Combine raisins, prunes, graham cracker crumbs, sugar and orange peel in medium bowl. Stir in condensed milk. Refrigerate until firm enough to shape into balls, about 30 minutes.
- Place coconut in shallow bowl.
- For each candy, shape scant tablespoonful fruit mixture into 1-inch ball. Roll in coconut.
- Store in refrigerator.
