Coconut-Topped Brownies

Coconut-Topped Brownies
Yield: Makes 30 brownies
Ingredients:
1
package (19 to 21 ounces) brownie mix, plus ingredients to prepare

1/2
cup semisweet chocolate chunks or chocolate chips

1/2
cup packed brown sugar

2
tablespoons butter or margarine, softened

1
tablespoon all-purpose flour

2/3
cup chopped pecans

2/3
cup flaked coconut



Preparation:
1.
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease 13X9-inch baking pan.

Prepare brownie mix according to package directions; stir in chocolate chunks. Spread into prepared pan.

3.
Combine brown sugar, butter and flour in small bowl. Mix until well blended. Stir in pecans and coconut. Sprinkle mixture over batter. Bake 28 to 30 minutes or until topping is lightly browned. Cool completely in pan. Cut into bars.
