yellow mustard
apple juice
Yazoo's BBQ Rub
turbinado sugar
brown sugar
chili powder
ground mustard
Yazoo's Chipotle Bold BBQ Sauce


  1. Trim hog of excess fat. Thoroughly inject in all spots of hog.
  2. Rub down meat with rub, then lightly coat in mustard.
  3. Smoke 4 hours at 225 degrees under cherry and apple smoke.
  4. Rub hot with seasoning and mustard and cover with foil.
  5. Increase temperature to 275 and cook until internal temperature of 185 degrees.
  6. Remove foil and glaze with BBQ sauce.
