Funky and unique prom dresses are a great way for teen Craftsters to really let their creativity and individuality shine. This dress is adorable, fun, and planet loving to boot! It took 15 hours and 101 skittles wrappers, which were collected from friends, family, and Craigslist, to put this awesome dress together. The results were well worth the effort!
