Cook Time: 6 hours (LOW) • 3 to 3-1/2 hours
Prep Time: 12 minutes
Yield: Makes about 5 cups
Ingredients:
2
medium oranges

5
large tart apples, peeled, cored and chopped

2
cups sugar

1-1/2
cups fresh cranberries

1
tablespoon grated fresh lemon peel

Preparation:
1.
Remove a thin slice from both ends of both oranges for easier chopping. Finely chop unpeeled oranges to make 2 cups; remove any seeds. Combine oranges, apples, sugar, cranberries and lemon peel in slow cooker. Cover; cook on HIGH 4 hours. Slightly crush fruit with potato masher.

2.
Cook, uncovered, on LOW 4 hours or until very thick, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.

3.
Cool at least 2 hours. Serve with pound cake.

Serving Suggestion: Fruit conserve can also be served with roast pork or poultry.
