Cran-Apple Orange Conserve

INGREDIENTS
| 2 | medium oranges |
| 5 | large tart apples, peeled, cored and chopped |
| 2 | cups sugar |
| 1‑1/2 | cups fresh cranberries |
| 1 | tablespoon grated fresh lemon peel |
| Pound cake | |
PREPARATION:
Slow Cooker Directions
- Remove a thin slice from both ends of both oranges for easier chopping. Finely chop unpeeled oranges to make 2 cups; remove any seeds. Combine oranges, apples, sugar, cranberries and lemon peel in slow cooker. Cover; cook on HIGH 4 hours. Slightly crush fruit with potato masher.
- Cook, uncovered, on LOW 4 hours or until very thick, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
- Cool at least 2 hours. Serve with pound cake.
Serving Suggestion
Fruit conserve can also be served with roast pork or poultry.
