Cranberry-Apple Gelatin Salad

INGREDIENTS
| 2 | packages (4-serving size each) sugar-free cranberry-flavored gelatin* |
| 1‑1/2 | cups boiling water |
| 2 | cups sugar-free lemon-lime-flavored carbonated beverage |
| 1 | cup finely chopped red apple |
| 1/2 | cup finely chopped celery |
| 3 | tablespoons finely chopped walnuts |
PREPARATION:
- Dissolve gelatin in boiling water in medium bowl. Refrigerate 15 minutes. Stir in soda. Cover; chill 1 to 1-1/2 hours or until partially set.
- Fold in apple, celery and walnuts. Pour into 12 (6-ounce) custard cups or 6-cup gelatin mold. Cover; refrigerate at least 4 hours or until set. If using gelatin mold, remove from mold.
