Cranberry-Apple Gelatin Salad

Ingredients:

packages (4-serving size each) sugar-free cranberry-flavored gelatin*
1-1/2
cups boiling water
2
cups sugar-free lemon-lime-flavored carbonated beverage
1
cup finely chopped red apple
1/2
cup finely chopped celery
3
tablespoons finely chopped walnuts
Preparation:

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water in medium bowl. Refrigerate 15 minutes. Stir in soda. Cover; chill 1 to 1-1/2 hours or until partially set.

Fold in apple, celery and walnuts. Pour into 12 (6-ounce) custard cups or 6-cup gelatin mold. Cover; refrigerate at least 4 hours or until set. If using gelatin mold, remove from mold.
