Scoops of frozen yogurt resemble melting snowballs in this refreshing seasonal punch.

INGREDIENTS

1 cup apple juice, chilled
1/2 cup superfine sugar
1‑1/2 cups cranberry juice cocktail, chilled
1‑1/2 cups bitter lemon or tonic water, chilled
1 pint vanilla frozen yogurt

PREPARATION:

  1. Combine apple juice and sugar in punch bowl; stir until sugar dissolves. Stir in cranberry juice and bitter lemon.
  2. Scoop frozen yogurt onto top of punch. Serve immediately.
