Scoops of frozen yogurt resemble melting snowballs in this refreshing seasonal punch.
Makes 8 servings (about 4 ounces each)
|1||cup apple juice, chilled|
|1/2||cup superfine sugar|
|1-1/2||cups cranberry juice cocktail, chilled|
|1-1/2||cups bitter lemon or tonic water, chilled|
|1||pint vanilla frozen yogurt|
- Combine apple juice and sugar in punch bowl; stir until sugar dissolves. Stir in cranberry juice and bitter lemon.
- Scoop frozen yogurt onto top of punch. Serve immediately.
