Scoops of frozen yogurt resemble melting snowballs in this refreshing seasonal punch.
INGREDIENTS
| 1 | cup apple juice, chilled |
| 1/2 | cup superfine sugar |
| 1‑1/2 | cups cranberry juice cocktail, chilled |
| 1‑1/2 | cups bitter lemon or tonic water, chilled |
| 1 | pint vanilla frozen yogurt |
PREPARATION:
- Combine apple juice and sugar in punch bowl; stir until sugar dissolves. Stir in cranberry juice and bitter lemon.
- Scoop frozen yogurt onto top of punch. Serve immediately.
