Cranberry-Walnut Pear Wedge

INGREDIENTS
| 3 | firm ripe pears, cut into quarters and cored |
| 1/4 | cup triple sec* |
| 2 | tablespoons orange juice |
| 1/2 | cup prepared cranberry fruit relish |
| 1/4 | cup finely chopped walnuts |
| 1/4 | cup (1 ounce) crumbled blue cheese |
PREPARATION:
- Place pears in large resealable food storage bag. Pour liqueur and orange juice over pears; seal bag. Turn bag several times to coat pears evenly. Refrigerate at least 1 hour, turning bag occasionally.
- Drain pears; discard marinade. Place pears on serving platter. Spoon cranberry relish evenly into cavities of pears; sprinkle with walnuts and cheese. Garnish, if desired.
