INGREDIENTS
| 3 | packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese |
| 4 | cups sifted powdered sugar |
| 2 | tablespoons grated orange peel |
| 2 | tablespoons orange juice |
| 1/4 | teaspoon salt |
| 2 | teaspoons vanilla |
| Red and yellow food coloring | |
PREPARATION:
- Combine all ingredients except food coloring in large bowl of electric mixer. Beat until fluffy.
- Add 1 drop each red and yellow food coloring; beat until blended. Add additional food coloring, 1 drop at a time, until frosting is desired orange colored.
