Ingredients:

package (1 pound) frozen mixed fruit or peach slices, partially thawed

cup plain fat-free yogurt

cup orange juice

teaspoons grated fresh ginger

Preparation:

Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth, scraping sides frequently. Serve immediately.
