Creamy Herb Sauce

Makes about 1 cup


1/2 cup plain yogurt
1/2 cup chopped peeled cucumber
1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
1/2 teaspoon dried mint leaves
1/4 teaspoon minced garlic
3 dashes ground red pepper


  1. Combine all ingredients in small bowl until blended. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
