Creamy Herb Sauce
YIELD Makes about 1 cup

INGREDIENTS
| 1/2 | cup plain yogurt |
| 1/2 | cup chopped peeled cucumber |
| 1 | tablespoon chopped fresh basil |
| 1 | teaspoon dried oregano leaves |
| 1/2 | teaspoon dried mint leaves |
| 1/4 | teaspoon minced garlic |
| 3 | dashes ground red pepper |
PREPARATION:
- Combine all ingredients in small bowl until blended. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
