Ingredients:
2/3
cup cottage cheese

1/2
cup buttermilk

tablespoon white wine vinegar

1
large clove garlic

1/2
teaspoon salt

1/2
teaspoon ground cumin

1/2
teaspoon dried oregano leaves

1/2
teaspoon black pepper



 
Preparation:
1.
Combine all ingredients in blender; cover and process until smooth. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour.
