INGREDIENTS
| 2/3 | cup cottage cheese |
| 1/2 | cup buttermilk |
| 1 | tablespoon white wine vinegar |
| 1 | large clove garlic |
| 1/2 | teaspoon salt |
| 1/2 | teaspoon ground cumin |
| 1/2 | teaspoon dried oregano leaves |
| 1/2 | teaspoon black pepper |
PREPARATION:
- Combine all ingredients in blender; cover and process until smooth. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour.
