| 1/4 | cup olive oil |
| 2 | tablespoons tomato juice |
| 2 | tablespoons Creole or other whole-grain mustard |
| 4 | teaspoons red wine vinegar |
| 1 | teaspoon Worcestershire sauce |
| 2 | cloves garlic, minced |
| 1/2 | teaspoon dried thyme leaves |
| 1/4 | teaspoon ground red pepper |
PREPARATION:
- Combine all ingredients in small bowl; whisk until blended.
