OK, I admit. I'm obviously on some sort of junk food kick. I blame it on writing about Six Sinful Summer Street Foods and their Six Delicious Green Alternatives. Ever since, I've had visions of ice cream cones, cakes and cookies dancing in my head.
So when I came across this killer combination called Cupcake Cones, I couldn't resist. As mentioned, cones are a greener option for ice cream eating since the shell is edible and therefore litter-free. Instructables user, Sarah James, was onto something similar with her cupcake-in-a-cone approach. Now cupcake lovers can avoid using wasteful paper or tinfoil baking cups and enjoy their sinful snack with a little less green guilt.
