INGREDIENTS
| 1 | raisin or blueberry bagel, halved |
| 1/2 | cup ricotta cheese |
| 8 | teaspoons Cinnamon Sugar , divided |
| 1 | peach, thinly sliced |
PREPARATION:
- Preheat broiler.
- Spread bagel halves with ricotta. Sprinkle each half with 2 teaspoons Cinnamon Sugar. Arrange peach slices over cheese. Sprinkle with remaining Cinnamon Sugar.
- Place bagel halves on baking sheet. Broil 6 inches from heat, about 4 minutes, until sugar is bubbly and mixture is hot. Serve warm.
CINNAMON SUGAR
Combine 1/2 cup sugar with 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon. Store in shaker-top jar.
