Date-Nut Granola
Date-Nut Granola with Summer Berries
YIELD Makes 6 cups

INGREDIENTS
| 2 | cups uncooked old-fashioned oats |
| 2 | cups barley flakes |
| 1 | cup sliced almonds |
| 1/3 | cup vegetable oil |
| 1/3 | cup honey |
| 1 | teaspoon vanilla |
| 1 | cup chopped dates |
PREPARATION:
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease 13X9-inch baking pan.
- Combine oats, barley flakes and almonds in large bowl; set aside.
- Combine oil, honey and vanilla in small bowl. Pour honey mixture over oat mixture; stir well. Pour into prepared pan.
- Bake about 25 minutes or until toasted, stirring frequently after the first 10 minutes. Stir in dates while mixture is still hot. Cool. Store tightly covered.
