Ingredients

Bok Choy
Celery root
Carrot
Red cabbage
Cayenne
Mustard powder
Mayo
Mustard based slaw
1 cup mustard
1/2 cup mayo
Sugar

Preparation

  1. Slice vegetables into thin strips.
  2. Combine mayo and spices together, add vegetables and mix.
  3. Put sugar on slaw and let it soak.
