Black Cherry and Cheesecake Puff Pastries

Decadent Brownies
Yield: Makes 16 brownies
Designed after the popular dessert called chocolate decadence, these brownies are sinfully rich, smooth and chocolatey.
Ingredients:

cup dark corn syrup
1/2
cup butter
6
squares (1 ounce each) semisweet chocolate
3/4
cup sugar
3
eggs
1
cup all-purpose flour
1
cup chopped walnuts
1
teaspoon vanilla
Fudge Glaze (recipe)
Preparation:

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease 8-inch square pan. Combine corn syrup, butter and chocolate in large heavy saucepan over low heat. Stir until chocolate is melted and mixture is well blended. Remove from heat; blend in sugar. Stir in eggs, flour, walnuts and vanilla. Spread batter evenly in prepared pan. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or just until center is set. Do not overbake. Meanwhile, prepare Fudge Glaze. Remove brownies from oven. Immediately spread glaze evenly over hot brownies. Cool in pan on wire rack. Cut into 2-inch squares.
