Deluxe Turkey Pita Melt

INGREDIENTS
| 1 | whole wheat pita bread |
| 2 | ounces Brie or other soft cheese |
| 2 | ounces sliced smoked turkey |
| 1 | medium tomato, thinly sliced |
| 1/4 | teaspoon dried basil |
| Shredded lettuce or alfalfa sprouts (optional) | |
PREPARATION:
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Cut pita around edge to make 2 flat pieces.
- Spread inside of each pita half with Brie. Top with turkey, tomato and basil.
- Place pita halves on baking sheet. Bake about 5 minutes or until cheese melts and topping is hot. Serve warm topped with shredded lettuce, if desired.
