|Juice of 4 or 5 limes|
|1/3||cup finely chopped red or sweet white onion|
|1/3||cup chopped cilantro|
|Salt to taste|
|Tortilla chips, for serving|
- Scoop avocado from shell. Cover with lime juice and mash.
- Stir in onion and cilantro; season to taste with salt.
- Eat immediately or cover with plastic wrap, placed directly on the surface of the guacamole so that it does not discolor.
