Dessert Nachos
Yield: Makes 4 servings
Ingredients:
3
(6- to 7-inch) flour tortillas
Nonstick cooking spray
1
tablespoon sugar
1/8
teaspoon ground cinnamon
Dash ground allspice
1
container (6 to 8 ounces) vanilla sugar-free fat-free yogurt
1
teaspoon grated orange peel
1-1/2
cups strawberries
1/2
cup blueberries
4
teaspoons miniature semisweet chocolate chips
Preparation:

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Cut each tortilla into 8 wedges. Place on ungreased baking sheet. Generously spray tortilla wedges with cooking spray. Combine sugar, cinnamon and allspice in small bowl. Sprinkle over tortilla wedges. Bake 7 to 9 minutes or until lightly browned; cool completely.

Meanwhile, combine yogurt and orange peel. Stem strawberries; cut lengthwise into quarters.

Place 6 tortilla wedges on each of 4 small plates. Top with strawberries and blueberries. Drizzle wtih yogurt mixture on top. Sprinkle with chocolate chips. Serve immediately.
