Makes 4 servings
|3||(6- to 7-inch) flour tortillas|
|Nonstick cooking spray|
|1/8||teaspoon ground cinnamon|
|Dash ground allspice|
|1||container (6 to 8 ounces) vanilla sugar-free fat-free yogurt|
|1||teaspoon grated orange peel|
|4||teaspoons miniature semisweet chocolate chips|
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Cut each tortilla into 8 wedges. Place on ungreased baking sheet. Generously spray tortilla wedges with cooking spray. Combine sugar, cinnamon and allspice in small bowl. Sprinkle over tortilla wedges. Bake 7 to 9 minutes or until lightly browned; cool completely.
- Meanwhile, combine yogurt and orange peel. Stem strawberries; cut lengthwise into quarters.
- Place 6 tortilla wedges on each of 4 small plates. Top with strawberries and blueberries. Drizzle wtih yogurt mixture on top. Sprinkle with chocolate chips. Serve immediately.
