Deviled Burgers

There's no need to eliminate hamburgers from your diet in order to eat healthy. With lean meat and sensible serving sizes, beef is an excellent source of protein, B vitamins and iron. These tasty burgers are packed with extra flavor–they have all the usual trimmings added to the meat before cooking.
INGREDIENTS
| 2 | slices bread, finely chopped |
| 1/4 | cup finely chopped onion |
| 1/4 | cup tomato ketchup |
| 1 | tablespoon Worcestershire sauce |
| 2 | teaspoons prepared mustard |
| 2 | teaspoons creamy horseradish |
| 1/2 | teaspoon garlic powder |
| 1/2 | teaspoon chili powder |
| 1 | pound 95% lean ground beef |
| 6 | hamburger buns |
PREPARATION:
- Preheat broiler. Combine bread, onion, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, horseradish, garlic powder and chili powder in large bowl until well blended. Gently blend ground beef into mixture. (Do not overwork.)
- Shape mixture into 6 (3-inch) burgers. Place burgers on ungreased jelly-roll pan.
- Broil burgers 4 inches from heat source 4 minutes per side or until desired doneness. Serve on hamburger buns.
