INGREDIENTS

1 cup ketchup
1 tablespoon chili-garlic paste
1 tablespoon grated fresh horseradish
Juice of one lime
Hot pepper sauce

PREPARATION:

  1. Combine ketchup, chili-garlic paste, horseradish and lime juice in small glass bowl. Add hot pepper sauce to taste; mix well. Cover; refrigerate 1 hour.
