Dipping Sauce

INGREDIENTS

1	cup maple syrup
1	jalapeño pepper,* cored, seeded and minced

*Jalapeño peppers can sting and irritate the skin, so wear rubber gloves when handling peppers and do not touch your eyes.

PREPARATION:

Combine syrup and jalapeño in small saucepan. Simmer 5 minutes or until syrup is hot. Pour into heat-proof bowl.
