INGREDIENTS
| 2 | eggs |
| 3 | tbsp. mayonnaise |
| 1 | tbsp. Dijon mustard |
| Parsley (optional) | |
| 2 | Teaspoons of Old Bay seasoning |
| 4 | slices of white bread w/ crusts trimmed, then cut into cubes |
| 1 | pound of crab meat |
| Butter for frying | |
PREPARATION:
- Beat 2 eggs in large bowl
- Add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard and Old Bay (parsley optional) and beat ingredients together
- Add crab meat and the bread cubes and fold into mixture
- Form into crab cakes
- Melt butter in frying pan then add crab cakes. Cook on each side till golden brown.
