INGREDIENTS

2 eggs
3 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
Parsley (optional)
2 Teaspoons of Old Bay seasoning
4 slices of white bread w/ crusts trimmed, then cut into cubes
1 pound of crab meat
Butter for frying

PREPARATION:

  1. Beat 2 eggs in large bowl
  2. Add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard and Old Bay (parsley optional) and beat ingredients together
  3. Add crab meat and the bread cubes and fold into mixture
  4. Form into crab cakes
  5. Melt butter in frying pan then add crab cakes. Cook on each side till golden brown.
