Have you ever tried yoga?

Some things just go together: peanut butter and jelly, rainy days and naps, red wine and candlelight.
That's how I feel about yoga-- and my yoga mat. That little rectangular slice of sustainably sourced rubber is proudly dotted with the blood, sweat and tears accumulated over the the course of my practice career. Just like a good pair of long-lasting jeans, I take pride in its imperfections. And as many can attest, me practicing on my mat is like bread on butter. I'm almost always there!
