Double-Sauced Chicken Pizza Bagel

INGREDIENTS
| 1 | whole bagel (about 3-1/2 ounces), split in half |
| 1/4 | cup prepared pizza sauce |
| 1/2 | cup diced cooked chicken breast |
| 1/4 | cup (1 ounce) shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese |
| 2 | teaspoons grated Parmesan cheese |
PREPARATION:
- Place bagel halves on microwavable plate. Spread 1 tablespoon pizza sauce onto each half; top each with 1/4 cup chicken. Spoon additional 1 tablespoon pizza sauce over chicken.
- Sprinkle 2 tablespoons mozzarella cheese over tops. Cover halves loosely with waxed paper; microwave on HIGH 1 to 1-1/2 minutes or until cheese melts.
- Carefully remove waxed paper. Sprinkle each bagel with 1 teaspoon Parmesan cheese. Let stand 1 minute before serving to cool slightly.
Tip
For crunchier "pizzas," toast bagels before adding toppings.
