INGREDIENTS
| Nonstick cooking spray | |
| 3/4 | cup sliced onion |
| 3/4 | cup diced green bell pepper |
| 2 | cloves garlic, minced |
| 1 | can (15 ounces) white beans, rinsed and drained |
| 1 | can (10-3/4 ounces) reduced-fat condensed tomato soup, undiluted |
| 10 | ounces pork tenderloin, trimmed and cubed |
| 1/2 | cup packed brown sugar |
| 1/4 | cup barbecue sauce |
| 1/2 | teaspoon salt |
PREPARATION:
- Spray large saucepan with cooking spray. Add onion, bell pepper and garlic; cook and stir until tender. Add beans, soup, pork, brown sugar, barbecue sauce and salt. Cover; simmer 1 hour.
