Salads are a mixture of lettuces, vegetables and sometimes even meats and dairy products. Most have an accompanying dressing to keep it moist and even more toppings to add flavor.

Easy Chicken Salad

Ingredients:
1/4
cup reduced-fat mayonnaise

1/4
cup finely diced celery

tablespoons sweet pickle relish

1
tablespoon minced onion

1/2
teaspoon Dijon mustard

1/8
teaspoon salt

Black pepper

2
cups cubed cooked chicken

Salad greens



Preparation:
1.
Combine mayonnaise, celery, relish, onion, mustard, salt and pepper in medium bowl; mix well. Stir in chicken. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour.

Serve on salad greens with fruit, if desired.
