INGREDIENTS
| 1/4 | cup reduced-fat mayonnaise |
| 1/4 | cup finely diced celery |
| 2 | tablespoons sweet pickle relish |
| 1 | tablespoon minced onion |
| 1/2 | teaspoon Dijon mustard |
| 1/8 | teaspoon salt |
| Black pepper | |
| 2 | cups cubed cooked chicken |
| Salad greens | |
PREPARATION:
- Combine mayonnaise, celery, relish, onion, mustard, salt and pepper in medium bowl; mix well. Stir in chicken. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
- Serve on salad greens with fruit, if desired.
