Easy Citrus Berry Shortcake

Ingredients:

individual sponge cake

tablespoon orange juice

1/4
cup lemon chiffon sugar-free fat-free yogurt

1/4
cup fat-free nondairy whipped topping

2/3
cup sliced strawberries or raspberries

Mint leaves and orange peel (optional)



 
Preparation:
1.
Place sponge cake on serving plate. Drizzle with orange juice.

2.
Fold together yogurt and whipped topping in small bowl. Spoon half of mixture onto cake. Top with berries and remaining yogurt mixture. Garnish with mint leaves and orange peel.
