Easy Citrus Berry Shortcake
Makes 1 serving
|1||individual sponge cake|
|1||tablespoon orange juice|
|1/4||cup lemon chiffon sugar-free fat-free yogurt|
|1/4||cup fat-free nondairy whipped topping|
|2/3||cup sliced strawberries or raspberries|
|Mint leaves and orange peel (optional)|
- Place sponge cake on serving plate. Drizzle with orange juice.
- Fold together yogurt and whipped topping in small bowl. Spoon half of mixture onto cake. Top with berries and remaining yogurt mixture. Garnish with mint leaves and orange peel.
