Easy Citrus Berry Shortcake

INGREDIENTS
| 1 | individual sponge cake |
| 1 | tablespoon orange juice |
| 1/4 | cup lemon chiffon sugar-free fat-free yogurt |
| 1/4 | cup fat-free nondairy whipped topping |
| 2/3 | cup sliced strawberries or raspberries |
| Mint leaves and orange peel (optional) | |
PREPARATION:
- Place sponge cake on serving plate. Drizzle with orange juice.
- Fold together yogurt and whipped topping in small bowl. Spoon half of mixture onto cake. Top with berries and remaining yogurt mixture. Garnish with mint leaves and orange peel.
