Easy Microwave Fudge

Yield: Makes about 1-1/2 pounds
Full of nuts and with a mild chocolate flavor, this fudge is a crowd pleaser.
Ingredients:
3-3/4
cups powdered sugar
1/2
cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4
cup evaporated milk
2
teaspoons vanilla
1/2
cup butter or margarine, cut into pieces
3/4
cup chopped pecans
Preparation:
1.
Line 8-inch square pan with buttered foil; set aside.

Sift powdered sugar and cocoa into 2-quart microwavable bowl. Stir in milk and vanilla. Top with butter. Microwave on HIGH 3 minutes or until butter melts and mixture is hot.
3.
Stir in pecans. Spread into prepared pan. Refrigerate until firm.
4.
Remove fudge from pan by lifting out foil. Cut into squares. Store in refrigerator.
