Easy Microwave Fudge

Full of nuts and with a mild chocolate flavor, this fudge is a crowd pleaser.
INGREDIENTS
| 3‑3/4 | cups powdered sugar |
| 1/2 | cup unsweetened cocoa powder |
| 1/4 | cup evaporated milk |
| 2 | teaspoons vanilla |
| 1/2 | cup butter or margarine, cut into pieces |
| 3/4 | cup chopped pecans |
PREPARATION:
- Line 8-inch square pan with buttered foil; set aside.
- Sift powdered sugar and cocoa into 2-quart microwavable bowl. Stir in milk and vanilla. Top with butter. Microwave on HIGH 3 minutes or until butter melts and mixture is hot.
- Stir in pecans. Spread into prepared pan. Refrigerate until firm.
- Remove fudge from pan by lifting out foil. Cut into squares. Store in refrigerator.
