Ingredients:

ounces pork tenderloin
Nonstick olive oil cooking spray
4
green onions, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
2
tablespoons hoisin sauce or Asian plum sauce
1-1/2
cups packaged coleslaw mix
4
(8-inch) fat-free flour tortillas, warmed
Preparation:

Thinly slice pork. Lightly spray large nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Heat over medium-high heat. Add pork and green onions; stir-fry 2 to 3 minutes or until pork is no longer pink. Stir in hoisin sauce and coleslaw mix.

Spoon pork mixture onto tortillas. Wrap to enclose. Serve immediately.
Note:
To warm tortillas, stack and wrap loosely in plastic wrap. Microwave on HIGH for 15 to 20 seconds or until hot and pliable.
